@rigi.fali: Inside the semi-abandoned Soviet observatory - Radio Optical Telescope - ROT54 finished in the 80's in Orgov Armenia (formerly in USSR). The ambitious project was proposed by the Armenian engineer Paris Herouni in 1964, however the construction works started in 1975 and it was finished in 1986.
