My friends and I LOVE Enoteca Maria!!! We all live long distance but we’ll annually meet up in Staten Island, dress up, and make a day out of it! The food is just as lovely as the nonnas! 🥰🥰🥰

My grandma was a terrible cook. She used to always burn bread (just toast) and I'd hear her scraping away the black part. There was almost no bread left 😅. One of her recipes was fish head soup 🙃
