@tim.osterhus: Follow if you’re tryna make your back visible from the front 👀 . This movement isn’t for total beginners, to be clear. However, it can be made easier by using a resistance band around feet to provide some assistance. If you don’t have a band, then by only sticking one leg out, or even just tucking both legs in, you can make the movement signficantly easier. One of the best parts about this is that you can easily go past technical failure by simply not going quite as high, and finishing off with lengthened partials. Just a couple sets of these taken all the way to failure and my lats are sore for days. Plus, you can hammer your abs pretty well at the same time, but that should never be the reason you fail this movement. . . . #bodybuilding #calisthenics #backday #physique #demonback
