my youngest,preemie baby, freaks me out. she was 2/3yo one day she was running around wild. next day couldn't put pressure on her leg. I though she was fn w/me &tryin be be silly when I had work later

My 3YO fell, threw up and passed out, so I took her to the ER—where she had a miraculous recovery 🙃 Still worth the trip!

My littlest one hit her head on the wood floor after her older sister tripped on her. She was already on her hands and knees (she was still a crawler) but she spit up afterwards, which wasn’t uncommon

I always assess alertness and orientation - which leaves the kids so confused 😂 like nurse I’m in your office why are you asking me these things. As a general rule, I call parents asap for head injur

My 14yo has FND so we’re constantly getting fun new neuro-looking symptoms & I have to play the “is this ER-worthy or will the ER make it worse?” game 🥴 first time I found them paralyzed was fun 😩

I fell off a horse (going fast enough to hurt)got up, dusted off, got back on, and went to class. Found out a week later I had a concussion 😂

I just had my teen in for a possible concussion from a slip and fall, he had altered mental status, cold sweat, and nausea. He passed two pediatric neuro exams and is great! 🥰
