@chalenejohnson: Progressive Overload is the key to building muscle in menopause. Yes, it can be done with resistance bands, but they do have their limitations. All my new workouts can be done with bands or free weights. You can do them at the gym or at home. The bottom line is all strength training is important so start with what you have and just start!
