What do we do as On The Day Coordinators?  Here are the main things we do for your wedding to ensure it runs smoothly. ✨ Pre wedding work We speak to all your vendors finalise bump in and out timings, make sure all unanswered questions are answered. Finalise and share runsheet so they know where to be at what time and  WHO to go to because nobody should be contacting our couples!!  ✨ Ceremony set up Things like chairs, bubbles, confetti prep, signing table, assisting florist and any props the couple want put out at the ceremony. ✨ Setting your tables at reception space  This could mean setting cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, signage, florals, placecards and bonbonniere’s. Focusing on detail here.  ✨ Check in with each vendor when they arrive Things like where their set up assist where needed ✨ Welcoming and ushering guests Sometimes guests can feel a bit shy arriving to a wedding unsure where to go. We help them find a space to sit, wait, relax until showtime. Collecting items from the MOB or MOG, checking the celebrant has met everyone they need to.  ✨ Queuing  We often queue the celebrant who queues the guests and musicians to start playing. We then queue the wedding party in one by one.  ✨ Repurposing items  Things like moving florals from ceremony to reception. Signage and any other furniture that needs to be moved.  ✨ Feeding!  Making sure our couple have a drink and food to get through the photos!! We run water, bubbles, bubbles, whatever their heart desires  ✨ Reception time  Make sure everyone is seated where they need to be. Getting the MC ready for bridal entrance. We also queue wedding party entrance with the dj/band and MC. We are also your designated HYPE GALS.  ✨ Formalities  Making sure we prompt the MC to any formalities. Assisting caterer/ bar. Potentially doing an additional booze or ice run in the rare occasion we run out of anything. ✨ Pack down We can pack down and assist vendors to make sure everyone is off site bumped out.
