Seorang penjual Es Teh hanya bisa terdiam ketika diolok-olok oleh seorang Utusan Khusus Presiden Bidang Kerukunan Beragama dan Pembinaan Sarana Keagamaan. Gus Miftah kembali menjadi sorotan saat mengisi sebuah pengajian Magelang Bersholawat Bersama Gus Miftah Habiburrohman, Gus Yusuf Chudlori dan Habib Zaidan Bin Yahya di Lapangan Drh. Soepardi Kota Mungkid, Kab Magelang, Rabu, (20/11/2024). Pendakwah yang sudah diangkat sebagai Utusan Khusus Presiden itu disorot adabnya setelah dianggap mempermalukan pedagang kecil. Momen tersebut salah satunya diunggah akun Instagram @wkwkmedsos. Pada video @wkwkmedsos, awalnya jamaah yang hadir meminta kepada Gus Miftah untuk memborong barang dagangan pedagang. Salah satunya, dari seorang penjual es teh dan air mineral yang berdiri di antara para jamaah. Gus Miftah kemudian bertanya soal masih banyaknyah jualannya. “Es tehmu sih akeh (masih banyak) nggak? ya sana jual gob*lok!
