@mollysringlets: Detangling is the WORST part of washday 99% of the time the pain is worth it.. that 1% is when you put in all the work and your curls STILL decide not to co-operate A few detangling tips for if you also struggle with knotty curls: 💗 Apply a deep conditioner to your hair before shampoo to detangle (I’ve found that if I shampoo my hair first my curls sometimes become even more tangled) 💗 After you’re applied your deep conditioner, wet your hair a little to help the deep conditioner spread throughout your hair 💦 💗 Detangle from the bottom up and be gentle (I still need to work on being gentle myself haha, I get so impatient 😂) 💗 Use a brush designed for detangling, the one I’ve been loving to use recently is @tangleteezer the ultimate detangler brush.
