See I'm in Australia, and my town of 10,000 it was quite busy (granted it was people driving to about 15 houses around town), but probably 150 or so. city over (25,000) had about 300 people or so going around, with probably 30 houses. biggest one we've had.

I take my kids out of our neighborhood cuz it's a dead zone if u live in the middle of one and have friends in an active area take your candy there and enjoy the trick or theaters with friends

it’s ever since money started raising and trunk or treat became a thing in my neighborhood, because everyone has money for trunk or treat but doesn’t have it for actual Halloween ☹️

our house is a 2 minute walk from the trunk or treat. we got a ton of full size candy bars, and I made a huge sign and put it by the road. we got 5 kids total. it was pretty depressing.

I took my kids tonight and there were barely any houses handing out candy, thankfully we hit a trunk or treat but it was so sad to see when i was a kid every house had decorations and their light on
