My 10wo already has 1-0 feeds overnight but is supported to sleep… I’m petrified of the 4mo regression because it was 2.5 weeks of no sleep with my 1st 🤯 can I use your 3-4 month guide to train now?

We are going through the sleep regression at 17 weeks. We were doing “drowsy but awake”, but now he screams when we put him in his crib. It’s not working anymore and he’s waking up every hour 😩 help!
