@pancake.princess: #ad Look no further for the perfect fall appetizer! Inspired by @Alessandra, these adorable individual pumpkin brie bites are made with @Jus-Rol North America puff pastry. I love Jus-Rol because you can find it in the refrigerated dairy case and never need to worry about thawing before use! Recipe: 1 package Jus-Rol puff pastry 10 tsp your choice of jam or pumpkin butter (I used apricot jam) 10 .9-oz individual brie bites (or about 5 oz brie, cut into small circles) 1 whole egg or egg yolk, beaten Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll out puff pastry and cut into roughly 3x3” squares. Dollop a teaspoon of jam in the center of each square. Place a round of brie on top of the jam and fold over the corners of the pastry to enclose the brie. Use kitchen twine to wrap each puff pastry pocket about three times. Knot the twine and trim any loose ends. Use the same parchment that came with the puff pastry to line a baking sheet and use a pastry brush to brush each pocket with egg.
