I need to know what nasal pillow mask you have? It looks minimalist and perfect. Please share?

Have a humidifier running in your room. And it does take a bit to get used to

If you feel like you can’t fall asleep with it yet, spend some time with it on while awake and during your wind down time. It’ll help get your face desensitized to it

My husband just got one and said “wow that’s the best night sleep I’ve gotten in years” meanwhile I was wide awake all night bc his snoring was my white noise lol

you will probably hate it for the first 3 weeks but you have to keep at it. Also the "unicorn" style masks are far superior the "elephant" style you have they tangle less

I never fell asleep so fast, slept so soundly, and woke up with so much energy before I got my cpap

I started using a CPAP machine earlier this year and I found that a full face mask is more comfortable because I am both a mouth breather and nose breather. keep with it because it really will help!

Got mine 4 days ago and I’m 21 😂 I have severe sleep apnea apparently, I have a full face mask one tho as my nose is always stuffed which is annoying

If you start using it and feel like you’re becoming MORE tired even though you’re sleeping better you have to keep pushing! Your body is suffering from sleep debt and once you get over that hill 1/?

I went from 36 events per hour (over 226 per night) to last night averaged .2 events per hour on my first week. Life changing.

In Australia, if you get diagnosed with sleep apnoea and you don’t get a CPAP machine, they take your license off of you until you get one, due to the increased risk of micro sleeps

Mouth tape! My husband used to blow raspberries all night in his sleep because the cpap would push the air out of his mouth 😂

I’m an open mouth sleeper and use a full mask. Also no one tells you about the gas you may experience with using a cpap. I will say my sleep quality has improved SO much. Good luck on your new journey
