Today’s kitchen: Potato-spinach balls with chicken | Ooey gooey potato spinach balls stuffed with chicken ❤️ PRE-COOKING ▫️900 gr potatoes (750 gr without skin) ▫️5 gr salt (⅚ tsp) ▫️water ▫️3 gr salt (½ tsp) ▫️100 gr fresh spinach ▫️35 gr unsalted butter CHICKEN MIXTURE ▫️20 ml sunflower oil ▫️350 gr chicken breast ▫️5 gr chicken seasoning (1⅔ tsp) ▫️5 gr garlic powder (1⅔ tsp) ▫️2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) ▫️1.5 gr black pepper (½ tsp) ▫️140 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) ▫️15 gr sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis) ▫️75 gr grated mozzarella GRAVY ▫️300 ml water ▫️10 gr cornstarch ▫️15 gr sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis) ▫️15 gr soy sauce ▫️2 gr onion powder (⅔ tsp) ▫️1 gr black pepper (⅓ tsp) Wash and cut the chicken breast into pieces. Peel and chop the yellow onion. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain the water. Put the potatoes in a deep bowl. Add the salt, spinach, and butter. Mash well. Let it cool. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the yellow onion and sweet soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the grated mozzarella. Mix well. Take some of the potato-spinach mixture and flatten it on your hand. Add the chicken mixture. Close it well. Place the filled potato-spinach balls in an oven dish.  Put the water together with the cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well. Heat the cornstarch mixture in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the black pepper, onion powder, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce. Cook until the gravy darkens. Pour the gravy over the filled potato-spinach balls. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella on top. Place the oven dish in a preheated oven at 200 ℃. Bake for 10 minutes.
