Recipe Name Loaded Beef Nacho Casserole Ingredients 1. 1 large bag (13–15 oz) tortilla chips 2. 1 lb (450 g) ground beef 3. 1 small onion, finely diced 4. 2 cloves garlic, minced 5. 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning 6. 1/3 cup water 7. 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend 8. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 9. 1 cup diced tomatoes 10. 1/3 cup diced pickled jalapeños 11. 1/2 cup salsa 12. 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving) 13. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 14. 1 tbsp olive oil 15. 1/2 tsp salt 16. 1/2 tsp black pepper Recipe 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft. 3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, then drain any excess grease. 5. Stir in the taco seasoning, water, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. 6. Spread half of the tortilla chips in the baking dish. 7. Top with half of the seasoned beef, half of the salsa, and half of both cheeses. 8. Repeat with the remaining chips, beef, salsa, and cheese. 9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. 10. Remove from the oven and immediately top with diced tomatoes and jalapeños. 11. Garnish with chopped cilantro. 12. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa if desired.
