@lifebydesign4me: We are adding another rental to our portfolio, hallelujah!! We haven’t added as many rentals the past couple of years, as it has been harder to have the numbers make sense. We use the BRRRR method when buying rentals. We bought this for 127,000. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large detached garage. This house is a slab and does not have a basement, which i like for rentals. Most houses in Missouri have basements. #rentalproperty #longtermgame #depreciation ##assets
