This gave me the worst gas of my life. Like nuclear. My PCOS Dr suggested I try Ovasitol instead and it’s much better. No gas and it’s flavorless. Put it in my water.

if you take these id recommend pairing it with K2 capsules so you absorb the D3 better and only take it 1-2 hours before bedtime with food because the magnesium will make you tired
