Welcome to Singapore! Maxwell is a well known hawker centre for tourists so the price is increased. There are many other Hawker centres around the island that are much cheaper! Oh also for the 3 layered tea, give it a good mix! The sugary syrup at the bottom is palm sugar, so give it a good mix so that the sweetness is evenly already throughout the drink :)
