What I wish I knew earlier⬇️⬇️ I’ve been in this industry almost 10 years now, as a college drop out with zero plan, and a long list of things I wanted my life to be.. I needed something that was going to actually help me create those options for my life. Today network marketing is my full time career, and has allowed me to build a multiple 6 figure income from the palm of my hands. Here’s what I wish I knew sooner; 1. NOT all companies are created equal; this industry has some bad apples, just like people. But, that doesn’t mean that all companies are the same. That’s like trying a food you don’t like, and then throwing the towel in on eating all together. I started with a completely different company than where I am today, and it’s SO different. No monthly fees, No forced autoships, No website / esuite fees.. you don’t need to have overhead to run a successful business. 2. Copy & paste is not how you connect with your audience; notice this industry is called “NETWORK marketing”, aka you need to network and build authentic connections with WHO you are, and what YOUR story is. That’s how you attract your people, not by using the same copy and paste caption your “leader” handed down to you to post for the 100th time. When I stopped trying to BE someone else is when my business took off. 3. It’s a business model, so work it like a business: this industry can create MASSIVE financial options for your life if you actually show up and treat this like a business. Meaning you need to get clear on your goals, find a company that aligns with you & your needs, and put the work in consistently. You probably show up to your 9-5 daily and do the work despite not enjoying what you do, so why wouldn’t you put the same effort into something you can LOVE and make your own? You won’t always be motivated, sure, but you must be DISCIPLINED. I bet you’ve never met a successful entrepreneur who says “I don’t feel like it today.” 4. Your mentorship matters; you’ve probably heard it before, “you mentor won’t make or break your business.”.. yes, you can decide to do the work and figure it out for yourself, BUT, who you join can truly impact your business in positive way. (Continued) — Who you join can be an asset to your business. Finding someone who’s been where you are, and has created the options you want to build for your life. Finding someone who aligns with you, your teaching style, and someone who will be there to cheer you on every step of the way. Someone who can teach you the ins& outs of the business, while giving you that tough love when needed. Someone who will celebrate your wins. It’s so easy to find someone who will sign you up and look at you like a dollar sign, or a part of their paycheck.. so you your due diligence, join someone who will teach you exactly how to build the success they have. You wouldn’t take advice from someone who isn’t living the life you want to live, right? Same thing with this industry. I’ve learned a lot along the way when it comes to this industry, and how to duplicate the success I’ve built. That’s why I am so incredibly passionate about locking arms with new people who truly want to see change in their lives. I started as a broke and broke college drop out with a dream to live a life that everyone told me wasn’t possible for someone like me.
