Wooster Rancy, 21, a specialist in an engineer battalion, has since been charged with her murder and with obstructing justice, Fort Leonard Wood officials announced on Thursday. Originally from North Miami, Florida, Rancy served as a combat engineer after joining the Army in 2022 and completing his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, according to the Independent.
