I always deny the sweep, it honestly hurts or is very uncomfortable depending on pain tolerance. And then if it doesn’t work your left crampy and uncomfy. For me personally

The membrane sweep feels just like the dilation checks just a slight more pressure and side to side “sweeping” but it put me in labor the next day after I 100% recommend getting it!! 🥰
