@bobbykhor: Day 4 in Iceland - The Best Day in Iceland Our fourth day in Iceland was unforgettable, a perfect mix of luck and beauty. After an overnight drive to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula to catch the last good weather, we arrived at Budakirkja just in time to watch the sun rise through blazing clouds. Next, we explored Arnarstapi, a peaceful fishing village with ocean views and the Snaefellsnes volcano behind it, then napped by the sea as rain passed. When the skies cleared, we drove to Hellisandur, had lunch, and visited Ingjaldsholskirkja—a red church surrounded by blooming lupines that felt surreal. The day’s highlight was sunset at Kirkjufell, where the midnight sun dipped behind the mountain at 11:30pm, lighting the landscape in golden hues.
