Been making this toast a lot lately. Crispy sourdough, creamy burrata, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, and a base of @Colavita sun-dried tomato pesto. Fresh basil and a drizzle of their balsamic glaze finish it off. I roasted the tomatoes with Colavita’s extra virgin olive oil - brings out their sweetness and adds real depth.
