I moved from London to the north of England and the difference is crazy also. There’s not enough nature in ldn to appreciate the change of seasons :(

when i was abroad in the uk last semester, the weather genuinely started affecting my mental health. when it is cloudy and 50° all the time, its hard to find motivation to leave your bed😭

in florida it’s still 85° F all day & night & the only trees we have are green palm trees 😭 it’s ALWAYS summer here. i’d rather be in cold cloudy english weather during this time. every other state

the leaves change into all them beautiful colours here too though?? (although I’m from the lake district, not london) the only difference is the heat. and we do get sun, just not everyday lol

UK is the same latitude as Nova Scotia. But because of the Gulf Stream we are not buried under feet of snow every winter. DC is the same latitude as Spain for context…
