Man my first job was home goods and they had an anti union propaganda video. I was so young that after seeing it I thought that people approaching you to create a union was like a pyramid scheme.

My dad was union. Employer tried to fire him a few weeks before reaching early retirement. His union fought and won for his pension. He still hates unions 😭

I tried doing this at a work pizza party when I was HR and just started, my boss told me people were whispering about forming a union. he didn't like this idea. 😂

I think unions are fine up until seniority affects your position. It’s absurd that a better worker won’t get the job because another worker has been there longer. It’s agonizing to join union jobs imo

My husband left his job for a scary evil union job and he is treated so well, paid well, great benefits and I was able to quite my 50hr job due to how “bad” the union treats him 😂 UNIONS ROCK
