@jessicafloyd_arpkd: Jessica has tested positive for a bacterial infection.. 2 times since having her line place in May 23. This time we were casually told “we will restart her on the TRANPLANT list” Hold on a second.. what do you mean?? It was never made clear to us that being on Antibiotics would/could stop her on the list… for this Jessica got a 22day pause (didn’t accumulate any points during this break or any of the other times shes been on antibiotics). We totally understan why?? And kick ourselves for not asking the question. However, it was HEART 💔 SHATTERING to know the consequences of Jessica getting poorly.. being stuck in hospital wasnt bad enough... 😭 but shes now has to wait longer. #transplant #transplantwarning #kidney #kidneytransplant #organdonor #organdonation #kidneyfailure #antibiotics #medine #fyppp #helpful #warning

They should 100% explain this to people. It makes sense why & it’s why I stay away from nearly everyone. I can’t afford to get sick and be taken off the list for any period of time. Praying 🙏🏼 🙏🏼
