Ingredients -chicken drumsticks -sundried tomatoes -crushed tomatoes -tomato paste -onions -garlic -paprika -onion powder -garlic powder -cajun spice -thickened cream. Method. Cut slits on the chick drumsticks then season with salt and spices listed. -Sear on high heat until browned on both sides,set aside. -To the same pan, add butter and saute the onions until translucent,add in garlic and saute. -next add in the spices,tomatoes,sundried tomato,tomato paste mix until well incorporated -Add in water and the chicken back, cook covered for 16 mins then turn the chicken and cook uncovered for 10 mins, finish with cream and simmer for about 7-10 mins.
