Sometimes speaking about your health can feel awkward and lots of people hide information, but there are a lot of things your family history may affect including the types of medications you can and can’t have, the chances of being diagnosed with certain conditions and more! Let’s sit down and actually have those conversations with your our family, parents, aunties, uncles, cousins and siblings! You’ll be surprised what you all have in common.
