This routine had my glutes and legs on fire right after and kept me sore for 3 days! Here’s the breakdown: Warm-Up: Elliptical Machine: 5-10 minutes to get the blood flowing and muscles ready for heavy lifting. I perform better if I do cardio at the beginning to warm up and wake up, you can do cardio at the end of workout to keep all the energy for the workout. Main Workout: Barbell RDLs: Engage those hamstrings and glutes with 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. Standing Lunges: Focus on balance and lower body power, 3-4 sets of 10 reps per leg. Rest: Take breaks between sets as needed to maintain good form and energy.
