I’ve heard of the contamination but what’s also scary is that a lot of the recalls are for undeclared allergens. How do extra ingredients get in a product omg

I think all of the food preservative’s are backfiring? It’s mostly the foods that are cut up precooked or pre-packaged? 😳 seems like it.

I got a direct email from Walmart about protein waffles. I was buying them but stopped a couple of months ago. It’s the same with the salads. You just gotta make your own stuff fresh.

This Real, ? I can't afford to go back and forth to the store. I only have the money that I use to go food shopping. it takes a while to get your money back. sometimes they don't even give money back

most of the food are ready made or pre-prepared. thankfully i never bought such things from the supermarkets. never trust such products. i buy only if it is instantly made and fresh.
