Marry me NANDOS chicken 🔥 my new fave high protein meal!!! Serves 2: ❤️ First season your chicken breasts with your @Nando’s UK & Ireland rub of choice  🧡 Airfry at 180 for about 20-25 mins - until it’s pretty much cooked through (but it’s okay if it’s still a couple of minutes off as we will cook it in the sauce later too!) 💛 I also did some homemade peri chips at the same time, which I cooked at 190 for 10 more mins whilst I finished the dish! 💚 For the sauce fry off 1 diced onion, 50g drained and chopped sundried tomatoes and 4 cloves diced garlic 💙 Then add in about 2 tbsp tomato puree and some Nandos rub and cook until the puree darkens in colour  💜 Add in some chicken stock and simmer (I used about 400ml, how much you use will depend on how thick/runny you want your sauce. 300-500ml is good!) ❤️ Finally add in the juice of half a lemon, some Nandos sauce of choice for an extra kick (garlic sauce always x), 50g light @Philly Cream Cheese and 20g grated Parmesan then mix 🧡 Add in some spinach and your chicken from earlier and simmer until the spinach has wilted and the sauce thickened slightly. You can also add cornflour here if you want to thicken your sauce more! 💛 I had mine with griddled tender stem broccoli and lemon, and airfried peri chips!
