And with the Summer holidays coming to an end and prime comfort food season just around the corner, I thought what better time than now! This book is essentially my love letter to comfort food - it’s packed with hearty, flavour-loaded dinners that are perfect for just about any occasion. Above all though, these are recipes I know you’ll make time and time again.
