I'm not a fan of their electoral threshold of 5%. Here in the Netherlands you just get the number of seats in the house that corresponds to the percentage of votes you got.

Also no voting machines, voting booths with high enough walls so nobody can look into them, short waiting lines and you can’t take pictures or show your ballot to anyone!
