no thats is half wrong, with the first vote we vote our Präsident "Kanzler" and with the sevon vote we decide how many seats each Party gets.

Also no voting machines, voting booths with high enough walls so nobody can look into them, short waiting lines and you can’t take pictures or show your ballot to anyone!
