Been baking sugar cookies for 8 years…. I do not use baking powder! 😳😂 I had the worst luck with it. And threw it out the window! lol! I roll my dough 3/8” and they are so soft!

When I over bake my cookies, put them in a zip lock bag with a piece of bread! The cookies absorb the moisture.

I once made a big double batch of sugar cookie dough and couldn't figure out what was wrong....I have my pancake mix in a similar container to my flour and used the pancake mix by accident 🤣🤣🤣

they're hard because you mixed that dough to hell😂😂 the whisk is typically used for whipping things. you need the paddle or dough hook
