Kindness is everything. Just smiling and saying hello can change someone’s entire life. I always tell others think of the hardest day of your life, now consider someone telling you or treating you horrible that day. We all have good and bad days, but you never know what someone is going through or dealing with. Always be kind, open a door, smile, nod, make eye contact, compliment them. Help them load something heavy if they are alone or older. Push a cart back if your walking by. Easy simple things. If they thank and ask you what they can do to thank you, just ask them to pay it forward and show kindness to someone else and keep it going. 😊

As a woman who works out at a gym I try and just work out. Im not trying to be unkind but i dont want any unwanted attention from men. Im extra careful not to give the wrong impression.
