@petragenco: This is how I got and keep my arms toned. I lift weights - I use a pair of dumbbells and do this at home. I started with 2kg (like in the video) and have now moved on to 5-10kg. Do this 3 times a week, add in some cardio and reduce processed food or cut it out completely!! You’ll soon start to see the difference in your arms. 💪🏽
