This one is just so close to home for me idk… being trans with this movie and finding myself in it. They’re both me. She’s who I was who used to be before the world made me cruel and I realized that it hated me because I was different. Simon is who I am now, feeling the way I’m so angry at all the injustice around me, angry at everyone for hurting others. This movie is just so me.
