You need to try sea urchin from New Zealand! They call it kinna and it is THE place to have it. I’m from Sydney and I like Aussie sea urchin, nothing beats it from NZ. I think it will change ur mind!

It’s difficult to explain in the comments but the part that you are saying wrong in the word Bolhão it’s the “bo” part, the best way to say “boo”lhão (like pão). I don’t if my explanation helped 😅
