I’ve been so numb in my 40’s… mourning my youth. Mourning the thought of losing my elderly parents soon. I feel like I can’t find joy in anything anymore. And yes perimenopause! Ughh

My therapist asked me what age did I enjoy the most and it was definitely 35, it’s wild how much can change in 10 years, but there is so much to look forward to! There has to be :)
