I think it looked good. Sushi has raw salmon/tuna/other fish so I think that pink should not hurt you any.

as a loblaw seafood clerk, you’re definitely fine! the tuna steaks come in frozen and we reduce them like 2 or 3 days after they are taken out of the freezer

I marinate my tuna steaks in oh and taco seasoning at least overnight and they are amazing! And yes medium is soooo good

Living by the coast of North Carolina…as long as it smelled OK (and honestly, we’ve cooked freshly caught fish that smells fishy), you’ll be ok! But to me, that’s over cooked. However, bravo!!!!!
