@jordyyhard: easy (ish) healthy high protein meal ideas!! recipe from @Taylor Chace! my version: - cook chicken in air fryer - on medium heat chop up onions (1/3 yellow onion) and add to pot with olive oil on low and let simmer - add 1 chopped red bell pepper and garlic and 1 jalapeno - sautee veggies - add 5 tbsp red curry paste - add 1.5 tbsp miso paste - add 5 cups low sodium chicken stock - add 1 can lite coconut milk - add 2 tbsp arrowroot starch to thicken - 2 tbsp coconut aminos - add salt, chili powder, garlic powder - high heat to boil - add rice noodles + chicken - heat to low to let it all soak in - 1 squeezed lime - top with lime + green onion #healthymealideas #highproteinmeals #souprecipe #redcurry #DinnerIdeas
