Improve the tracking system to give the owner a message. Your about to receive a parcel. We could move them away before you knock. It the knock that puts a dog in defence mode.

Hey postie here. Just want to let people know that we are getting stretched super thin. And work conditions are not great at best. Management and other "Big wigs" Pretty much force us posties to either drop parcels at the door or only wait a short period of time before carding (So they can make us cover more ground). I understand it can be frustrating for you guys. Most of us would love to have the time to knock and have a friendly chat. But it's not possible anymore. please keep this in mind when attacking us for a rushed and sometimes imperfect service. (Also the van posties are usually contracted and separate from the Ev and motorcycle posties)

I would say give post workers tasers, so if a dog comes charging up, just tase the dog. “That’s animal cruelty” do you know what it actually is? It’s letting your dog run wild without a leash

Walking up to the house all nervous is one way to rise up dogs. If my dog is casual around random strangers coming up to the house, but go nuts when they see a postie…

For people to know, I don't know how it is on other countries but if a dog attacks a postal worker here in the U.S, the postal worker can actually get fired or at least in a lot of trouble

I have signs on the fence stating there are dogs on premises. It’s frightening how many delivery ppl just open the gate and enter on to the property. Most times don’t even ring the gate bell.
