Now it’s time to install and test the timber awnings! When I hired AB Buildings I asked if I could build the awnings and that I had a design idea that I thought would give me the look I wanted and also be quick to install and talk less time to trim and install tin around. The @CinchCarpentry guys were awesome and got them up and fastened with 6” GRK lags through the girders and 12” GRK lags through the posts using the @Festool Canada Quad drive (which you can hear they tested in normal and percussion mode) and then I did a quick hang test to make sure they were solid and wouldn’t have any issues #construction #tools #work
