@conversingcoffee: Checkout the Oracle Jet workflow! It's been fun to see how efficient these machines are. It removes a lot of the steps usually involved in making espresso (not all of them). Now that in itself is going to be divisive as some love espresso and coffee and those steps..well, that's all part of it. But others just want to get super high quality coffee without spending too much time. The Oracle is a great way of achieving that.
