This is the viking #hairroutine Viking #haircare routine #Ingredients £3 Honey (helps with frizz&curls) £1 Rosemary (itchy scalp, dandruff, hair growth) Free Nettles (Helps protect hair, prevent Balding) £4 Chamomile tea (promotes hair strength, prevent split ends, even lighten your hair) 5g of honey (6p) Rosemary container (£1) 100g/est Nettles (free) 2 bags Chamomile tea (80p) Mix together with boiling water (total £2.40) Leave for up to 1 hour (I left mine over night) Use a small cupfull to cover your dry hair until fully wet. Leave for at least 30mins (max time 2days) Wash out with luke warm/cold water. Air dry You can resuse the same ingredients by adding hot water and honey. Honey is only needed to stop the frizz. This was the first time I’ve tried this and the biggest notice I can feel is in my scalp. Normally I have quite an itchy scalp and it gets irrated by shampoo! My scalp feels calmer than usual. My hair doesnt feel much different but this is the first time using it. I dont have any dry feeling that I normall get after shampooing. The frizz in my hair has definitely gone down a lot! I think my hair looks brighter, could be the lighting. But I will definitely be trying this again and keeping you updated on the progress. Couldn’t #recommend this more! #fyp
