All you need are rice papers (like all my other recipes)🤣 👉🏻 Follow @eatingwithkirby for more food hacks and recipes ✨RECIPE: • 10 pieces, rice paper • 3-4 tbsp oil • Whatever veggies you have on hand • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional) ✨sauce • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (use regular soy sauce if you don’t have this - it’s just for colour) • 1.5 tbsp regular soy sauce • 3/4 tbsp sugar • 1/2 tbsp mirin • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch • 1/2 cup water Soak 5 pieces of rice paper at once in warm water and lay flat on cutting board. Push out most of the air bubbles. Oil it generously and cut with a knife into desired thickness. The thicker it is, the more chewy it’ll be! In a small bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients. In a hot skillet, add whatever veggies if you have in your fridge along with the sauce. Add your noodles and cook until most of the sauce has been absorbed (about 3-5 mins). Add toasted sesame seeds if using. Taste one noodle to see if you like the texture.
