2 cups self rising flour - 1 stick grated frozen butter - 1 cup milk. Preheat oven to 425, let butter and cast iron preheat too. Fold, don’t over fold or else they will flatten out. Cut and bake until golden brown 🥰🥰

If you don’t have a grater you can use one of those single cup blenders you just gotta scrape the butter out of the cup. I make these a lot. Love to toss in Italian herbs and cheese.
