I started to gradually wean Theo at 18 months by cutting out feeds that we didn’t use for sleep. During the night, I started by cutting out the later feed eg 4am then the 2am then the midnight

I remember this fear/worry. My daughter stopped naturally at 16 months. Shes now 13 and I look back at that time of worry and wish I hadn’t wished it away. It feels like forever at the time 🩷🫂

My bub is only 4m but when time comes I plan to slowly move the feed further and further away from the sleep over a long period of time. Dunno if it will work but worth a try!

Yes I can relate to this 100%! How will I teach baby to not nurse to sleep when a bit older, especially when he starts daycare?! So stressed
