Try an evening walk in that cold fresh air. Helps to get the kids sleepy 👌🏼 and stop tv/screen time atleast an hour or so before bedtime starts.

I got fed up and just started bedtime later cos we just spent an hour arguing lol. As long as he gets 10ish hours then I’m happy. X

Same as my house, literally sit up in bed to stop themselves from going to sleep.. like whyyy just go to sleep mate 😂 4 boys is not for the weak 🤣🤣

Is this a boy thing 🤷🏻♀️my boys never slept either would piss about no matter what time I tried to start their bedtime. Ended up just making it later so there was less carry on time
