Have you tried the chocolate coconut milk? Might help with hydration if you can stomach it!

My OB said to me that it doesn't matter what I added to the water to be able to drink it, water is water. You are doing well!

I used this with my second pregnancy and it helped. I was in and out hospital with sereve HG and had it thr whole pregnancy

I’m pretty sure my babies amniotic fluid is mostly Coke Zero so, I’m totally giving these a try! I can’t stomach plain water with this goddamn nausea 😭

Be careful not to use it too often. It’s sweetener is known to affect the thyroid. Currently learning this lesson myself.

ever since my first pregnancy, plain water gives me acid reflux. i put diet rite cordial in it and it helps so much, im not dehydrated but i don’t have reflux 😅

I used lemon juice! didn't matter if it was fresh or from a bottle I got tired or the sweetness from sugar free water flavours maybe give that a go if you need more options :) glad this is helping tho

I loved these when I was pregnant (also with HG) watermelon was my favourite. I hated the lemon - it tasted like cleaning products to me 😂
