@carla.bushey: Christmas Trees Deviled Eggs * 12 hard boiled eggs * 6 tbsp of mayo * 2 tsp dijon mustard or yellow mustard * 3 tsp pickle juice * 1-2 pickle spears, chopped very finely * 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce * salt & pepper to taste For the tree: * 2 large cucumbers * Pomegranate seeds * Optional: dill sprigs Cook and peel the eggs for hard boiled. Cut in half and make the egg mixture with the yolks. Add all ingredients above, and mix well until very smooth. Pipe or spoon the filling into each egg half. With a peeler, slice a cucumber on the same direction lengthwise, trying to get thin slices. Form a tree shape as you see on the video, pass a toothpick in the middle to keep it together and add a pomegranate seed on the top. Use this as a topper for each egg.
